Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time & Rates
- Standard Shipping (USA & Canada): Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
Stock Availability & Potential Delays
From time to time, certain products may be temporarily out of stock due to high demand.
If this occurs:
- Your order may experience a processing or shipping delay
- We will notify you if there is a significant delay affecting your order
If your order has not yet been shipped, you have the option to:
- Request a modification, or
- Request a full refund
If we do not receive a response after notifying you of the delay, we will proceed under the assumption that you are comfortable with the updated timeline and will ship your order as soon as it becomes available.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Issues & Carrier Delays
Tygrix is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing (if applicable)
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Tygrix is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping location is secure. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen:

- Then reach out to us for further support
